Amanda Jayde's real life persona isn't nearly as exotic as I wished it was.  Known to friends and family as Lisa or Leelee, I enjoy the time I spend spinning tales of passion-filled nights where handsome men and sultry women with seduction on their minds, find love as they take their journey together.

 

No newcomer to the genre I write, I am an avid reader who counts myself lucky to have met some of my favorite authors at the various conventions I attend (I can usually be found dancing the night away among friends so I'm pretty easy to spot).

 

Under my own name, I entered Romantic Times Magazine's Bordella competition, eventually becoming one of twelve finalists and penning a second story as an homage to our service men and women overseas.

 

Unmarried, I am always on the lookout for my own hero, but in the meantime, I enjoy spending time with the three men in my life all of whom love me to bits .... my nephews.

 

I am currently editing a manuscript originally written last year as part of the international NaNoWriMo challenge.  Having met my 50,000 word goal in just under the 4 week deadline, I was very excited to try my hand at it again this year.

 

I hope to submit this manuscript to publishing houses very soon.
